ServiceNow Platform Manager

As a ServiceNow Platform Manager/Owner at our fast-growing product-based organization in Pune (Baner), your role will involve defining the vision, roadmap, and backlog for the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for stakeholder engagement with business, IT, security, and compliance teams, as well as setting policies for development, upgrades, and integrations. Additionally, you will coordinate with ServiceNow and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), ensuring effective vendor and partner management. Key Responsibilities: - Define the vision, roadmap, and backlog for the ServiceNow platform. - Engage with stakeholders from business, IT, security, and compliance teams. - Establish governance policies and standards for development, upgrades, and integrations. - Manage vendors and partners, particularly ServiceNow and MSPs. - Utilize financial acumen for license optimization, budgeting, and ROI measurement. - Define key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and success measures for data and reporting. - Ensure strategic alignment of the platform with organizational goals, such as digital transformation. - Maintain a balance between innovation, stability, and cost considerations. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Platform Manager/Owner or in a similar role focused on the ServiceNow platform. - Strong background in ServiceNow Platform management, defining roadmap, adoption, and value delivery. - Capability in driving best-practice solutions and strategy for the ServiceNow platform. - Proficiency in financial acumen, including license optimization, budgeting, and ROI measurement.
