ServiceNow Lead

As a ServiceNow Lead at IZT, your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing robust solutions on the ServiceNow platform across various modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, SPM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM, will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will develop and manage integrations with third-party tools and systems using IntegrationHub Spokes and Scripted REST APIs. Acting as a technical consultant, you will own the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals. Your expertise and knowledge of ServiceNow best practices will be crucial for effective application development and platform customization. Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, you will ensure clarity, alignment, and the delivery of quality solutions. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Technical Consultant. - Hands-on expertise in configuring and customizing modules such as ITSM, SPM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods, including Spokes, Scripted REST APIs, and other web service technologies. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement effective solutions. - Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist) are preferred.
