RiseUp with ServiceNow India has partnered with Accenture and is seeking IT Service Management (ITSM) Consultants! Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive recruitment process and receive a conditional offer from Accenture.

Participants must actively engage in and complete the full time, 40 hours per week RiseUp with ServiceNow Advanced Foundations program, delivered by SmartBridge. Conditional offer from Accenture on clearing technical interview to enroll in the class and mandatory CSA and CAD certification credentials before onboarding

Transferrable Skills:

Ø 5-7 years of work experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations Management like Service Assurance area (monitoring, reconciliation etc.), any CMDB tool or a similar role.

Ø Hands-on experience with tools such as BMC, Remedy/Helix, Jira ServiceNow Management, or Micro Focus Service Manager.

Ø Strong practical understanding of ITIL Frameworks and core ITSM Process.

Ø Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

Ø Applicants must have 5-7 years of technical working experience

Ø Be willing to accept to work in any location as required by Accenture that includes Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Indore, Jaipur, or Bhuvaneswar

Ø Have English proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

Ø Candidates that have previously worked with Accenture are encouraged to apply

Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Certified Application Developer (CAD)
