ServiceNow GRC Consultants

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC Specialist for a full-time, permanent position. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) suite. You will lead end-to-end implementations, work cross-functionally to automate workflows, and ensure alignment with risk and compliance frameworks.

Job Summary:

As the ServiceNow GRC Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow's GRC/IRM modules. Your work will drive organizational compliance, risk visibility, and audit readiness through well-configured, automated solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and support of ServiceNow GRC modules.
• Configure and customize workflows across Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and related modules.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable GRC solutions.
• Integrate GRC with other ServiceNow modules such as IRM, SecOps, and CMDB.
• Build intuitive dashboards, reports, and automated processes to support risk and compliance objectives.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks and internal governance policies.
• Review and resolve data quality issues, system configurations, and integration challenges.
• Deliver user training, onboarding, and documentation for GRC functions.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow releases to identify and assess enhancements relevant to GRC operations.
• Stay informed on evolving regulatory requirements and ServiceNow GRC best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC or Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.
• Deep understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles and relevant frameworks.
• Strong track record of workflow automation, platform configuration, and cross-functional collaboration.

Certifications (Required):

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC, Risk and Compliance, or IRM
