Job Description We are seeking an experienced IAM Specialist with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) , particularly within Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft 365 (M365) environments. and a solid understanding of ServiceNow. Position Overview: This role is responsible for communication, escalations, and timely resolution of any access and permission discrepancies identified through periodic monitoring and auditing activities. This individual is responsible for Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations supporting employees and contractors with a primary focus on provisioning, de-provisioning, and modification of Active Directory and Applications access. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, and related standards. Work closely with other teams and application owners to understand and document role-based access entitlements for production and non-production systems/applications. Identify and implement improvements to user access request workflows and automation opportunities of existing IAM processes and tools. Serve as an escalation point and mentor to the IAM Team and other IT Support teams.
