ServiceNow GRC Developer to design and implement Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions aligned with organizational goals. This role focuses on building a long-term GRC strategy and roadmap within the ServiceNow platform to ensure scalable, efficient, and compliant business processes.
Define and implement the ServiceNow GRC strategy, roadmap, and architecture.
Design, configure, and optimize GRC modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk).
Collaborate with stakeholders to align GRC capabilities with enterprise risk and compliance objectives.
Develop scalable solutions integrating with other ServiceNow applications (IRM, SecOps, BCM).
Provide technical leadership, best practices, and governance for GRC deployments.
Ensure alignment of architecture with security, regulatory, and business standards.
5+ years in ServiceNow implementation; 3+ years focused on GRC/IRM development.
Proven experience developing strategic GRC roadmaps and implementation plans.
Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and integration design.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist GRC or IRM Required.
