About the Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Expert with strong hands-on experience across CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules. The role focuses on workflow configuration, structured data processing, and supporting AI-driven training and automation initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that improve operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities

• Configure, enhance, and validate workflows across CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules.
• Manage cases, incidents, requests, SLAs, and knowledge management processes.
• Work with JSON for structured data authoring and SQL for analysis and validation.
• Design realistic enterprise scenarios aligned with ServiceNow processes.
• Prepare structured training datasets to support AI model development.
• Write clear and effective prompts and process documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and assist in customer-facing discussions as needed.
• Ensure logical consistency, accuracy, and seamless data flow

Skills and Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Minimum 2 years working specifically on CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules.
• Strong understanding of workflows, incidents, requests, SLAs, cases, and knowledge management.
• Proficiency in JSON authoring and structured data handling.
• Solid SQL experience for validation and analysis.
• Ability to design enterprise-oriented functional scenarios.
• Experience working with AI model training workflows. Strong prompt engineering and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills; customer-facing exposure is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
• Any one of the following certifications:
• CIS-CSM
• CIS-HRSD
• Exposure to AI / ML workflows and structured training dataset creation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
