Description
As a ServiceNow Industry Expert in the Digital Workplace Solutions group at Lenovo, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and launching customer-centric ServiceNow offerings covering the customer workflow (CSM, SSM, LSM) and assisting with deal solutioning. Your strategic mindset, deep understanding of ServiceNow, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally will be key in bringing innovative solutions to market. - **Product Management:** - Plan, execute, and oversee DWS ServiceNow offerings, including scope definition, timeline management, risk assessment, and resource allocation. - Develop and maintain detailed roadmaps and reports to ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and milestones. - **Stakeholder Coordination and Solutioning:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations, to align project goals with business objectives. - Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations management. This includes being the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for deal solutioning. - **Budget and Resource Management:** - Ensure cost control and manage resources effectively to deliver projects within financial constraints. - **Performance Metrics and Reporting:** - Establish KPIs to measure success and track progress against goals. - Prepare and present status reports to senior management and stakeholders. - Own and drive business growth.
