ServiceNow Developer

As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with clients, project teams, security teams, and architects to understand landscapes and develop effective solutions. Your role will involve staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow capabilities to enhance efficiency and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and demonstrate solutions in the ServiceNow platform - Provide well-thought-out solutions to problems of moderate complexity - Implement and integrate enterprise software applications - Utilize key technologies such as SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS in ServiceNow integration solutions - Implement Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Provisioning & Governance, and Hardware Asset Management - Script using JavaScript, Jelly, and Angular JS for Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc. - Apply Agile delivery methodologies and common business analysis techniques - Collaborate with the Now Assist feature Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation - Certified ServiceNow System Administrator - ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4 preferred) - Experience in ServiceNow scripting - Familiarity with troubleshooting, researching, and resolving unexpected issues - Excellent client communication skills Certificates (preferred): - Certified ServiceNow System Administrator - Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4 preferred) Please note: Your ability to work in a dynamic project environment, troubleshoot effectively, and communicate with clients will be essential for success in this role.,
