Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a ServiceNow Developer at Jade Global, based in Pune with some work from home flexibility. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, creating and maintaining workflows, scripting, and integrating with other systems. The role also involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements, providing ongoing support and maintenance, and ensuring best practices in ServiceNow development.

Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow development, including Scripting, Workflows, and Customization
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Familiarity with integration techniques and knowledge of web technologies (SOAP, REST, JavaScript, XML)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex requirements
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
