Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the

  ServiceNow platform

• Work with stakeholders to analyze and translate requirements into technical specs
• Develop and customize

  ITSM modules

  , and either

  CSM

  or

  UI Builder/Service Portal

  features
• Write efficient and reusable

  client-side and server-side scripts

• Contribute to UI design, workflows, and automation using

  ServiceNow best practices

• Participate in Agile development and sprint ceremonies

Mandatory Skills:

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in

  ServiceNow development

• Strong experience with

  ITSM

  module
• Excellent

  JavaScript/GlideScript scripting skills

Required Skill Combinations (any one of the below):

• ITSM + CSM + Scripting

• ITSM + UI Builder (or Service Portal) + Scripting

Good to Have:

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS – ITSM/CSM/UI Builder)
• Experience with

  Flow Designer

  ,

  Integration Hub

  , or

  REST/SOAP APIs

• Understanding of

  CMDB

  ,

  SLAs

  , and platform architecture
• Exposure to Agile methodology and client-facing environments
