Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Experience: 79 Years

Locations: Pune (Onsite),Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida (Onsite), Delhi NCR

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive ServiceNowDeveloper with strong experience in platform support, Flow Designer,integrations , and custom scripting . The ideal candidate will beresponsible for developing scalable workflows, integrating third-party systems,and enhancing platform capabilities while adhering to ServiceNow developmentbest practices. This is an onsite role in select locations and demands stronghands-on expertise and collaboration across business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing platform support and maintenance for the ServiceNow environment.

Design and develop workflows using Flow Designer and other automation tools within ServiceNow.

Build and support integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.

Develop and maintain custom scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.) to enhance platform functionality.

Work collaboratively with other developers and stakeholders using delegated development capabilities.

Troubleshoot platform issues and implement effective, scalable solutions.

Follow ServiceNow development best practices , coding standards, and version control protocols.

Contribute to platform upgrades, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

79 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Platform Support Specialist.

Strong experience with Flow Designer , platform integration , and custom scripting using JavaScript.

Proven ability to build scalable workflows and process automations.

Familiarity with delegated development , update sets, and system cloning.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a high-paced environment.

Experience working in enterprise IT environments and supporting production instances.
