Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled

ServiceNow Developer

to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications with a focus on

ITSM

and

ITOM

modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, integrations, automation, and platform administration, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development Customization

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications using
JavaScript
,
GlideScript
,
HTML
, and
CSS
.
Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules such as
Incident
,
Problem
,
Change
,
Service Request
, and
Service Catalog
.
Develop workflows,
UI Policies
,
Business Rules
,
Client Scripts
, and
ACLs
for secure, efficient automation.

Integration Automation

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using
REST/SOAP APIs
.
Implement automation and orchestration using
IntegrationHub
and
Flow Designer
.
Configure and maintain
Service Portal
and
CMS
features for improved user experience.

Platform Administration

Perform
platform upgrades
, patch management, and performance tuning.
Manage user roles, groups, and access permissions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical or performance issues in a timely manner.

Collaboration Documentation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Participate in
Agile/Scrum
ceremonies and technical design reviews.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for configurations and customizations.

Quality Assurance Support

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation (hypercare) activities.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to other team members.

Required Skills Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in
Computer Science
,
Information Technology
, or related field.
Minimum
3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
.
Proficiency in
JavaScript
,
GlideScript
,
HTML/CSS
, and
ServiceNow APIs
.
Experience working with
ITSM
and
ITOM
modules (ITAM, HRSD, or CSM exposure is a plus).
Hands-on experience with
ServiceNow Studio IDE

Update Sets

Flow Designer

Strong understanding of
ServiceNow architecture

data model
, and security best practices.
Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
