Back Job Responsibilities Develop ServiceNow applications to meet business requirement Extend out of the box Knowledge Management to bridge gaps and develop requested functionality Create necessary components templates, widgets, pages and portals to meet the requested features, including responsive UI and UX Create Scripted APIs to facilitate integration with other platforms Develop supporting applications for Customer Service Management and Knowledge Management Configure export sets and feeds to send data for reporting and analytics Work closely with partners, QA and other stakeholders to mitigate risk and maintain momentum Ability to debug and troubleshoot code issues using ServiceNow tools and logs Requirements Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture, capabilities and best practices Experience configuring and extending the KM and CSM modules Use most of the ServiceNow tools and features such as Business Rule, Script Include, Client Scripts, UI Policies, AJAX, Glide Scripting, Java Scripting, Workflow, Catalogue Development, UI Page, UI Scripts, UI Action, Inbound Action, Notifications, Workflow, Flow Designer, Script Actions and DevOps Change Velocity Experience in creating custom Portals, Pages, Widgets for the portals, including complex widget integrations, search provider configurations, and custom AngularJS templates Expertise in KM and CSM modules, current implementations, scripts and configurations parameters; Experience in extending the modules to meet specific business needs Experience in API integrations with third party systems for AI, reporting and analytics Experience with responsive design, accessibility standards, web components and JavaScript frameworks beyond the platforms use of AngularJS Additional Information Job Type Full Time Work ProfileHybrid Years of Experience4-8 Years LocationBangalore What We Offer Competitive salaries and comprehensive health benefits Flexible work hours and remote work options Professional development and training opportunities A supportive and inclusive work environment
