Core Responsibilities

Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure back-end services using C#, .NET Core\/ASP.NET Core, and related technologies.Develop and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs for integration with various internal and external systems.Master and enforce SOLID principles, common design patterns and clean coding standards across the codebase.Utilize Entity Framework Core (EF Core),LINQ to interact with databases (SQL Server), ensuring efficient data access and optimized queries.Collaborate closely with product owners, front-end developers, and QA engineers to translate complex business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.Contribute to the implementation of Microservices and Event-Driven Architectures using tools like RabbitMQ or Kafka.Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests and integration tests to ensure system reliability and stability.Work hands-on with Docker for containerization and contribute to the deployment of services using Kubernetes (K8s) in a cloud environment (primarily AWS).Maintain and improve our CI\/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective logging, tracing, and monitoring solutions.Serve as a technical resource, providing guidance and coaching to junior and mid-level developers through pairing, knowledge sharing, and constructive code reviews.Stay current with the latest advancements in the .NET ecosystem and related cloud technologies, advocating for and implementing relevant improvements.Required Technical SkillsC# (Advanced), .NET Core \/ .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core (Web API, MVC)Entity Framework Core (EF Core), LINQ, ORMs, experience with database design, stored procedures, and query optimizationProficiency with MS SQL Server, NoSQL databases (MongoDB)Git and branching strategies, experience with CI\/CD tools, Docker (containerization)Designing and developing RESTful services, understanding of HTTP protocols, JSON\/XML, and asynchronous programming.Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.) cloud platform.
