Role Summary:

ServiceNow Developer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and customize

    ServiceNow CSM

    and

    ITSM

    modules including Incident, Change, Request, and Case Management in a domain-separated instance.
  • Develop, maintain, and extend production, development, and testing middleware infrastructure.
  • Create and manage

    REST API integrations

    and configure/manage

    MID Servers

    for integration activities.
  • Build and automate Business Rules, Service Catalog items, workflows, and custom applications.
  • Develop ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and homepages to provide actionable insights.
  • Configure notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Formatters, and manage data security (ACLs, domain separation).
  • Collaborate with multiple business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
  • Handle projects end-to-end, including design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers and configuration teams on best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience

    as a ServiceNow Developer, with deep expertise in

    CSM

    and

    Integrations

    .
  • Strong experience with

    ITSM processes

    (Incident, Change, Request).
  • Proven hands-on experience with

    REST API integrations

    ,

    MID Server setup/management

    , and external system integrations.
  • Proficiency in creating Business Rules, Service Catalog items, and workflow automation.
  • Experience with data security setup using ACLs and domain separation.
  • Knowledge of UI customization, notifications, and dashboard creation.
  • Ability to lead end-to-end development and integration projects independently.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
