Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

CMDB Data Management:Design, develop, and maintain CMDB configurations to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Enrich CMDB data through automation and integration with other systemsAnalyze CMDB data to identify gaps and inconsistenciesImplement data quality checks and validation rules
ITOM Process Automation:
Automate ITOM processes using ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and integrationsDevelop custom applications to enhance ITOM capabilitiesOptimize ITOM workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
ITSM Integration:
Integrate CMDB with other ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, etc ) to enable seamless workflows
Develop custom integrations to synchronize data between systems
Reporting and Analytics:
Create custom reports and dashboards to visualize CMDB dataAnalyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Provide insights to IT operations teams to support decision-making
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
Troubleshoot CMDB and ITOM issues
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
Provide technical support to end-users

Required Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in ServiceNow developmentStrong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, and ITSM modulesExpertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Script Includes, etc
)Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policiesKnowledge of ITIL processesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

ServiceNow certifications (e g , Certified Application Developer)Experience with ServiceNow integration with other systemsKnowledge of data modeling and database design
