ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize applications on the
ServiceNow platform
.
Work extensively on
ITSM modules
,
Service Catalog
, workflows, and custom applications.
Build and enhance integrations using
JavaScript
, REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to development best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and implement long-term fixes.
Suport upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.

Required Skills

6+ years of hands-on experience
as a ServiceNow Developer.
Strong proficiency in
JavaScript
and
API-based solutions
.
Solid understanding of
ITSM
, Service Catalog, and custom app creation.
Experience with modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Knowledge, etc.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow components – Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows, Flow Designer, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good to Have

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS – ITSM or related).
Experience with IntegrationHub, MID Server, Service Portal, or Flow Designer.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
