Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-level implementations that drive efficiency and innovation across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multiple ServiceNow modules, including:

• Customer Service Management (CSM)
• IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Integrated Risk Management (IRM)

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations following best practices.
• Develop and maintain scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies) and Service Portal components.
  

Module Expertise

• Configure and enhance CSM for case management and customer workflows.
• Implement and optimize ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge).
• Support SPM for project and portfolio management, including demand and resource planning.

Integration & Automation

• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Automate workflows and approvals to improve operational efficiency.

Maintenance & Support

• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues promptly.
• Perform upgrades and ensure compatibility with new ServiceNow releases.
• Establish proactive monitoring and alerting to maintain system health.
  

Collaboration

• Partner with business analysts and process owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and create documentation for implemented solutions.

Communication:

• Facilitates team and stakeholder meetings effectively
• Holds regular status meetings / scrum meeting
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
• Astute cross-cultural awareness and experience in working with international teams (especially US)
