What You'll Do: As an IT Support Analyst , you'll be on the frontlines of solving technical challenges and ensuring business continuity. You will: Provide support via phone, email, Teams, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) Troubleshoot application, network, and systems issues Maintain and update desktop software and documentation Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure service excellence Coordinate with managed service providers for timely delivery Own and resolve support tickets to customer satisfaction Provide operational status updates and document all resolutions Be part of cross-functional improvement and transformation projects What Were Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent experience 3+ years in IT Support or similar roles Hands-on experience with Linux systems , desktop support, and system administration Familiarity with scripting, system logs, troubleshooting techniques A proactive problem solver and critical thinker Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment Why Claidroid?
