Solutioning and Technology Leadership Engage in customer conversations to conceptualize solutions, architectures, and delivery plans. Stay abreast of digital trends such as SRE, automation testing, predictive analytics, AI, and DevOps. Provide technical leadership across backend, frontend, data, and DevOps stacks. People Management Foster a servant leadership culture, ensuring team integration with both HCL and customer environments. Drive career development, mentoring, and upskilling initiatives.
