Job Description: ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, test and deploy applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and design specifications.
• Implement best practices for development, including service decomposition,
• containerization and orchestration.
• Develop APIs and integrate them with third-party services and systems.
• Optimize application performance and scalability through effective design and implementation.
• Ensure high-quality code through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments.
• Curiosity and adaptability to learn new technologies and frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in Business Rules, Server-side scripting, Client-side scripting, Script including,
• Service Catalog, ServiceNow-IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Proficiency in flow Designer and Workforce implementation.
• Experience with Service Now Integration (REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHUB) and Data exchange mechanisms.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Agile, SAFe)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Java Script, Business Rules, Server side scripting, Client Side scripting, Script Includes, Servers’ catalogue, ServiceNow – IT Service Management (ITSM), XML & JSON data Handling, Flow Designer, Workflow, ServiceNow Studio, Transformation MAP, Integration HUB, CMDB
• Desirable Skills
• Service Order Management, Inbound E-mail notification, Jelly Scripting, Scheduler, Messaging Integration (Kafka)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
