ServiceNow Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer with over 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions to enhance business efficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD). Your expertise in ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, CMDB), and HRSD modules will play a crucial role in driving innovation and streamlining processes across IT and HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and APIs, along with hands-on experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integration (REST/SOAP), and using ServiceNow Studio. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL framework will be beneficial in ensuring successful project delivery and alignment with industry best practices. Key Requirements: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration. - Proven expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, APIs, and scripting languages. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL framework. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
