ServiceNow CSM professional


Key Responsibilities

  • Configure

    ServiceNow CSM Pro

    modules (Case Management, Account & Contact Models, Workflows)
  • Translate business requirements into

    ServiceNow configurations & designs

  • Work with

    ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer & Application Scope

  • Configure data models, UI policies, business rules & script includes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an

    Agile/Scrum

    environment
  • Support healthcare payer workflows (member services, claims, provider interactions)
  • Required Skills

    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

      – Mandatory
    • ServiceNow CSM Implementation Specialist

      – Preferred
    • Strong hands-on experience in

      ServiceNow CSM configuration

    • Healthcare domain experience (payer workflows)
    • Excellent communication & stakeholder collaboration skills
