ServiceNow Consultant

As a Consultant in the GN SONG practice at Accenture, your role will involve solving customer facing challenges across sales, service, and marketing to drive business transformation. You will be working in areas like Business Analyst/Functional Consultant for ServiceNow at the Manager level in locations such as Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, and Hyderabad. Depending on your experience level, you should have 2-5 years of experience as an Analyst or 5-8 years as a Consultant. Accenture Strategy & Consulting's Global Network Song practice is focused on helping clients optimize their marketing, sales, and services functions. Your responsibilities will include providing transformation services such as Marketing Transformation, Commerce & Sales, and Advanced Customer Engagement. By working closely with clients, you will have the opportunity to enhance business performance through various initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Management Consulting: Drive digital transformation, process re-engineering, and service experience design. - Stakeholder Management: Present reports, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management. - Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements. - Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps and workflows to identify areas for optimization. - Solution Design: Propose solutions including software enhancements, process improvements, and organizational changes. - Process Optimization: Implement initiatives to address transformation opportunities in existing processes. - Data Analysis: Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving business performance. - Pre-Sales Activities: Participate in activities like response to RFPs, creating proofs of concept, and demonstrating solutions. - Practice-Specific Initiatives: Contribute to initiatives such as creating reusable assets and analyzing industry research and trends. - Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance consulting skills.
