Role: ServiceNow Consultant

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

ServiceNow Application Consultant

to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in ServiceNow modules, experience in system administration, and the ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and optimized solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with
business and IT stakeholders
to gather and analyze requirements and design scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Implement and maintain various
ServiceNow modules
such as
Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management
.
Customize and configure
forms, workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules to meet business requirements.
Design and maintain
Service Catalog
,
CMDB
, and
Knowledge Base
components.
Perform
system administration
activities, including upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
Develop and maintain
technical documentation
, including design specifications, process flows, test cases, and configuration details.
Collaborate with QA teams for
testing, validation, and release management
of ServiceNow functionalities.
Support
user training, go-live
, and
post-implementation
support activities.
Stay up to date with the latest
ServiceNow releases
, features, and platform best practices.
Ensure compliance with
IT governance
,
security policies
, and
organizational standards
.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor s degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Security
, or equivalent.
5 8 years of hands-on experience
in
ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration
.
Strong understanding of
ServiceNow architecture
,
data model
, and
integration capabilities
(REST/SOAP, LDAP, SSO, etc.).
Experience working with
ITSM, ITOM, HRSD
, or other advanced ServiceNow modules.
Ability to
analyze, design, and deliver
customized solutions with attention to performance and maintainability.
Excellent
problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
.
Experience with
Agile/Scrum
methodology and
ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
is preferred.
Certification such as
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
or higher is an added advantage.
