Job Description

Working Experience on ITSM modules, Service Portal, ITBM – PPM, APM, Surveys
Version Upgrade Support
Well experienced in UI pages
Well experience in customizations/Application development
Should have hands on experience on - JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, Angular JS
Webservices (SOAP and REST) and Web communication protocols
Proficient in Agile-Scrum methodology
Good understanding on Performance Analytics
Should have good understanding on ITIL V3 standards

Performs well in an agile environment with constant feedback and interaction with the team.
Ability to accurately estimate level of effort/duration on ServiceNow development tasks. A positive attitude and perseverance required to perform at a high level whilst balancing multiple priorities
Understand interfaces between ServiceNow and other platforms
Perform UAT and Regression testing and drive use of Automation tools where applicable.
Create documentation of the requirements, test cases and implementation plans.
Assist with the Triage of Incidents and Requests and ensure Service Delivery meets the demanding needs of our users
