Job Description

You will be working as a ServiceNow BA for RED Global on a 12-month contract with a possibility of extension. Your role will involve: - Having over 5 years of extensive experience in ServiceNow modules and solutions, with a strong hands-on expertise in ITSM. - Implementing the Change Management module and having solid exposure to Case and Incident Management solutions. - Demonstrating excellent communication skills to influence business stakeholders and align requirements with the technical framework of the platform. - Being experienced in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and proficient with tools like JIRA and Confluence. - Handling automation solutions, including NowAssist. - Having a good understanding of TMForum eTOM, TAM, and ODA concepts. - Experience working with Telecom clients is desirable but not mandatory.
