Quantumsoft Innovations is expanding our ServiceNow team and we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join us immediately.

🔹 Experience Required: 4+ Years

🔹 Location: Pune (On-site)

🔹 Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement HRSD modules including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Services.

• Develop and customize Record Producers, Catalog Items, Workflows, and UI policies.

• Work on Integrations between HRSD and external HR systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Perform requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation.

• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.

• Troubleshoot HRSD issues and provide advanced technical support.

• Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and project stakeholders for successful delivery.
