ServiceNow Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for
  

• Portfolio Integration: Collaborate with portfolio managers and solution architects to
  

• End-to-End Process Design: Support the design of E2E customer journeys and solution
  

• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between business units, IT, and delivery
  

• Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal governance frameworks,
  

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimisation and
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the telco business and preferably in B2B.
• Understanding of wireline connectivity, networks, BSS and OSS concepts
• Strong knowledge of portfolio management, business process modelling, and
  

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe) and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Ability to work across multiple domains (IT, process, and business) with an end-to-end
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
  

Key Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or similar role in
  

• Knowledge and experience about telco B2B business and wireline connectivity will be
  

Preferred

• Experience in delivering end to end ServiceNow solutions is highly desirable
• Familiarity with telecom specific challenges such as order management service
  

• Hands on experience working with international stakeholders particularly in Germany
  

• Excellent stakeholder management collaboration and communication skills
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Telecommunications
