ServiceNow Business Analyst

As the Business-IT Liaison at Ameriprise India LLP, your role involves providing technical solutions that meet user needs and enhance business performance. You will be assisting with technical analysis, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and ensuring clear requirements are captured. Your responsibilities also include participating in testing, issue resolution, supporting implementation check-out, and developing procedural documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Experienced in Story writing using ServiceNow JIRA, SDLC Agile module, Visio, and defining expected outcomes based on customer communication. - Excellent documentation and communication skills with a strong attention to detail. - Good to have knowledge of Modules like Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, GRC, and Security Operations Center. - Understanding of REST and SNOW Integration basics. - Familiarity with Service Portal and Workspaces. - Ability to identify issues, needs, and improvement opportunities. - Collaborate closely with Developers, Solution Architects, and team members for requirements and functionality. - Demonstrate the ability to evaluate constraints, risks, and dependencies effectively. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related studies. - 3-6 years of experience in Requirement Analysis. - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. - Good to have certifications like ServiceNow Admin Cert, CIS VR, CIS SIR for a better understanding of the platform.
