Position Summary

ServiceNow Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Run the sprint cycle, managing allocation of dev stories to developers, helping with any queries/unblocking etc… Includes full management of the agile process.

• Work with T&L platform owner to agree and manage backlog

• Capture dev stories and work with team to plan the right way to deliver

• Hands on technical knowledge of best practice for ITSM module is a MUST. GRC is nice to have.

• They MUST be an experienced scrum master/agile delivery professional within depth ServiceNow experience.

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Define and maintain ServiceNow platform standards, architecture, and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security.
• Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new features, recommending adoption where appropriate.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes within ServiceNow.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including 3+ years in an architect role.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, and others.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules.
• Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and web technologies (REST, SOAP, HTML, CSS).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., Manufacturing) is a plus
