Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications using OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) capabilities and custom solutions as per business needs. Act as solution designer and architect for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, including HR Case Management, Enterprise Onboarding, HR Integrations, Employee Center, and HR Taxonomy . Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions , and ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices. Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and data integrations to optimize HRSD processes. Configure and customize Service Portal , including UI/UX design and performance optimization. Apply strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, AJAX, and AngularJS to extend and enhance ServiceNow capabilities. Ensure compliance with governance, security, and quality standards while delivering scalable and maintainable solutions. Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities, including troubleshooting and performance tuning. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
