Job Description

Solution Design & Architecture

Design and architect end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support various business processes and objectives.
Provide architectural guidance and establish best practices to ensure ServiceNow implementations align with enterprise goals.

Platform Management & Configuration

Oversee platform administration, configuration, development, and integration.
Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, UI/UX design, and system interfaces.
Maintain platform health, perform upgrades, and ensure security and compliance standards are met.

Collaboration with Stakeholders

Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct workshops and presentations to communicate architectural designs and project progress.

Integration & Automation

Design and implement integrations with third-party tools, systems, and databases.
Develop automation solutions, leveraging scripting and workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for ServiceNow and provide mentorship to junior developers and administrators.
Lead technical teams in project execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Documentation & Compliance

Create and maintain documentation of architecture, design, workflows, and processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and organizational policies.

Performance Optimization

Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow solutions to ensure stability and responsiveness.
Identify opportunities to enhance platform scalability and improve end-user experience.

Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including architecture, development, and implementation.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow's proprietary scripting language.

Certifications

: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.

Required Skills

Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
Strong understanding of database design and relational data modeling.
