Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, administration, improvement, and support of the latest ServiceNow platform. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing ServiceNow Modules and performing all aspects of Platform Administration, Design, Development, and implementation of ServiceNow. - Handling minor and major enhancements requests to clients" ServiceNow instances, including changes to the user interface, system properties, foundation data, and existing workflows. - Working extensively with ServiceNow glide objects such as GlideRecords, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax, etc. - Facilitating the roll-out of new applications and modules in ServiceNow. - Identifying system deficiencies, recommending solutions as a trusted advisor to clients. - Providing ServiceNow upgrade administration assistance to ensure clients leverage the latest releases of the ServiceNow application. - Ensuring tools and processes are in place for a reliable and reproducible development/production environment. - Maintaining tool configuration consistency across development, testing, and production environments. - Analyzing issues, estimating efforts, proposing solutions or prototyping, and following ServiceNow development best practices. - Integrating systems using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP. - Managing multiple projects concurrently and working remotely and largely unsupervised to deliver to written requirements. Your qualifications for this role will include: - Experience in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, CMDB). - Understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and processes. - Practical experience in the creation or modification of the relevant CSM, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM, toolset components. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with all levels of staff. - Consultative and analytical approach. - Real-world exposure to cloud technologies and S-a-a-S. - Proven experience implementing ITSM tools; demonstrated experience with Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and other ITIL process areas.,
