Job Summary

As a HRSD Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow HRSD and Portfolio & Project Management (PPM). You will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities and improve business processes. Your expertise will contribute to the companys growth and efficiency impacting the insurance domain positively.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow HRSD to enhance business processes and system capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address infrastructure needs and requirements.
Oversee the integration of Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) tools to streamline project workflows and improve efficiency.
Provide technical expertise in the design and development of scalable infrastructure solutions.
Ensure the security and reliability of infrastructure systems to support business operations.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize infrastructure efficiency.
Conduct regular assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Support the hybrid work model by ensuring seamless connectivity and accessibility for remote teams.
Document infrastructure processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing infrastructure capabilities impacting the insurance domain positively.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure development with expertise in ServiceNow HRSD.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) tools and their integration.
Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus providing valuable industry insights.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address infrastructure challenges effectively.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a hybrid model ensuring seamless connectivity and collaboration.
