Job Description

Atos Pvt Ltd is looking for ServiceNow Architect to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for ITSM processes and workflows.
Provide training and support to end-users on new ITSM tools and processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ITSM implementations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for ITSM management.

Job Requirements

Minimum years of experience in IT architecture, preferably in a ServiceNow architect role.
Strong knowledge of ITSM principles and practices, including incident, problem, change, and knowledge management.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting and development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Apex.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Ability to design and implement scalable and secure ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
