About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, governance, and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow modules, integrations, and security, along with a strong background in defining scalable roadmaps and best practices for enterprise adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture & design for complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple business domains.
• Define and enforce platform governance, standards, and best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Design and implement complex integrations with third-party systems, ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Provide module expertise across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain the enterprise roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive platform scalability and performance optimization to meet growing business needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding technical teams and stakeholders on ServiceNow capabilities and innovations.

Key Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation.
• Strong expertise in solution architecture & design for enterprise-scale ServiceNow deployments.
• Proven experience in platform governance and best practices.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Hands-on experience with complex integrations and security frameworks.
• Ability to define and deliver an enterprise roadmap for ServiceNow scalability.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Relevant certifications (CIS, CAD, CTA) are highly desirable.
