As a Senior ServiceNow Architect at this esteemed multinational IT service and consulting company, you will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, leading development activities, driving integrations, and ensuring adherence to best practices across multiple ServiceNow modules. Your role will involve architecting and designing enterprise-grade solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules. You will lead end-to-end development of custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and JavaScript-based scripting. Collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements, converting them into technical specifications, and solution designs will be a key part of your responsibilities.
