Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer, leveraging strong expertise in ServiceNow configuration and customization.
  • Design, develop, and maintain ITSM applications including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
  • Build and manage Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Workflows, and Flow Designer solutions.
  • Configure and support Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and Requested Items.
  • Implement general platform settings such as SLAs, notifications, templates, assignment rules, and views.
  • Develop ServiceNow Portal configurations and user experiences using AngularJS.
  • Create integrations using REST APIs, data imports, and transformation maps.
  • Implement and manage ServiceNow Discovery and ensure accurate CMDB population and maintenance.
  • Monitor platform performance and continuously improve scalability, security, and user experience.
  • Manage user roles, access controls, and authentication in line with governance and audit requirements.
  • Work in Agile / Scrum / SAFe environments and support iterative delivery.
  • Mentor junior engineers, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and promote ServiceNow best practices.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and ecosystem tools.

Skills Required:

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow Development across ITSM, CSM, and CMDB.
  • Hands-on experience with Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Workflows, and Flow Designer.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, REST API integrations, and data transformation.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow Administration, security, roles, and access controls.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and ServiceNow Portal (AngularJS).
  • Experience working in Agile environments with strong stakeholder collaboration and leadership skills.
