Receiving and qualifying customer service requests
• Coordinating service technicians and resolving scheduling conflicts in alignment with the team leader or service manager
• Scheduling and managing service orders in SAP
• Maintaining and managing customer and employee data in SAP
• Coordinating suppliers, subcontractors, and all internal departments involved in service planning
• Creating service-related quotations in SAP
• Tracking planned and unplanned service orders and processing their billing in SAP
• Supporting cost control, invoicing, post-calculation, and deadline monitoring
• Continuously monitoring and ensuring proper execution of maintenance work and timely delivery of repair materials in preparation for service assignments
• Close coordination and collaboration with maintenance technicians to ensure smooth and timely maintenance operations
• Bachelors degree with 3 to 4 years of experience
• Basic knowledge in SAP Module SD, CS, MM, QS & MS Office
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in electronics sector would be an added advantage.
• Successfully completed commercial training with technical understanding or relevant experience in a technical environment
• Relevant professional experience, especially in personnel scheduling or alternatively in internal sales
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• High level of service orientation
• Accurate working style, team spirit, and professional demeanor with technical proficiency
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Flexibility and spontaneity.
