Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager for BGA Rework Systems, located in Bengaluru. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales and business development, manage key customer accounts, develop strategic sales plans, and drive growth in the assigned territory. The role involves prospecting, lead generation, client visits, product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the manager will work closely with the technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and business development Deep understanding of BGA Rework Systems and electronics production equipment Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop strategic sales plans and achieve sales targets Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field; MBA is a plus Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is desirable
