Sales Engineers

1️. Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of soldering stations, tips, accessories, and related tools
• Knowledge of electronics assembly, PCB soldering, and ESD safety practices
• Ability to demonstrate equipment functionality and explain technical specifications clearly

2. Sales & Business Development Skills

• Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales
• Competence in preparing and delivering persuasive product presentations
• Negotiation and closing skills to meet or exceed targets
