We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR IT Systems Specialist with a strong background in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining HR technology solutions that enhance employee experience and streamline HR operations. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, ServiceNow platform capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the configuration, deployment, and support of ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR integrations.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations to automate HR processes and improve service delivery.
• Manage platform upgrades, releases, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs and minimal disruption.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRSD applications and integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP HR, payroll, identity management).
• Develop and maintain documentation including functional specs, configuration guides, and user training materials.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and audit requirements in all HR system implementations.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to maintain high availability and user satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 6–10 years of experience in HR IT systems, with at least 4 years in Service Now HRSD.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Service Now configuration, scripting, and integration tools.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML for system integrations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• ServiceNow HRSD certification preferred.
