This is a full-time hybrid role for a Servicenow Developer at Jade Global. The developer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to back-end web development, software development, programming, and object-oriented programming. While the role is based in Hyderabad, some work from home is acceptable.

About the Role

The developer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to back-end web development, software development, programming, and object-oriented programming.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions for ServiceNow and should have strong experience into Javascript.
• Move configuration and development changes from Dev to Test to Prod using SN update sets.
• Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows.
• Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices.
• Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems.
• Create/Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.
• Has experience in the development and delivery of training for end-users.
• Has experience in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Javascript.

Required Skills

• Experience in ServiceNow development.
• Knowledge of back-end web development.
• Object-oriented programming skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ITSM and Project Management workflows.
• Training experience for end-users.
