The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day service operations, ensuring timely and quality service delivery. Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently. Supervise and train service staff to meet performance and quality standards. Monitor service KPIs (turnaround time, customer satisfaction, etc.) and create improvement plans. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve service issues. Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation for analysis and compliance. Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and service standards. Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and build long-term service relationships. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or related). 2–5 years of experience in service management, customer service, or related roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving abilities and customer-first mindset. Proficient in MS Office and basic service management tools. Experience managing a team is a plus.
