Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager located in Moyna. The Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring timely and quality service delivery to clients. Responsibilities include managing service teams, resolving technical issues, coordinating with clients for service requirements, monitoring system installations, and maintaining high standards of service performance. The role will also involve regular audits, reporting, and continuous improvement of service processes.
