Role Description

This Service Manager position is a full-time, on-site role located in Durg. The Service Manager will oversee daily operations of the service department, ensure efficient workflow, and manage a team of technicians and service staff. Responsibilities include optimizing service processes, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, maintaining high-quality service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves preparing and analyzing performance reports, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining inventory to ensure seamless operations.
