The Service Manager will oversee daily operations of the service department, ensure efficient workflow, and manage a team of technicians and service staff. Responsibilities include optimizing service processes, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, maintaining high-quality service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves preparing and analyzing performance reports, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining inventory to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications Strong leadership and staff management skills Understanding of service operations and process optimization techniques Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities Proficient in using service management software and basic computer applications Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports Previous experience in the automotive industry or similar service-based sectors is preferred Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is an advantage Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
