Service Manager

As a Service Department Manager, your role involves managing operational activities to achieve financial targets. Your key responsibilities include: - Field service and repair of machines - Managing CSA Agreements and warranty repairs - Implementing safety programs - Achieving objectives such as customer satisfaction, employee productivity, and departmental profitability - Maintaining customer relations through meetings or calls - Developing and maintaining service efficiency and management reports - Establishing processes and procedures to improve operation quality and efficiency - Recommending service requirements to Reporting Head or Company management - Ensuring service literature and communication materials are up to date - Maintaining Tools and Aids stock for repair and maintenance services - Collaborating with parts management for timely service to customers - Performing administrative tasks such as preparing reports and estimates - Assigning tasks, training employees, and providing necessary coaching - Managing warranty claims and approving free service after consultation - Communicating with customers regarding repair costs and following up on account receivables Qualifications required for this role include: - Degree or Diploma in Mechanical - Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in after sales processes, preferably from a construction equipment dealer network - Working knowledge of field and workshop operations - Excellent customer relation skills - Good communication skills in writing and verbally - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel This is a full-time position requiring in-person work.,
